WU-JEN/YOUXIA INT’L LTD,
(WUJEN for short) a nominally international mercenary corps most often hired by the SHENZHOU government for otherwise deniable operations. As the SHENZHOU government continues to rise in political influence, their needs for special operations in expeditionary regions increases. WU-JEN (A 19th C British Mis-translation of Cantonese words for “Sorceror” or “Witch”) Fills this role in the same manner as say, Russia’s reliance on “Wagner Group,“ or the US’s reliance on “Blackwater” and similar firms.

Primarily SHENZHOU, but like Wagner or BW, they could hypothetically align with others, so long as the ends do not cross with SHENZHOU’s objectives.
