Like a grand Cincinattus, Pasha Ubez is willing to risk his position of power on an election to show his people- and the other tribes of Ubezbekistanis- that he has their long term interests at heart. The Taliban, sensing weakness and an opportunity attempt to capture him. Pasha Ubez is rescued in a lightning raid, but one of the operators is captured and held hostage. USSF units search the countryside for their missing comrade who is ultimately found dead. Meanwhile a united force of various Terror, criminal syndicates, and Taliban pushes the countryside under the Banner of “The Militia.”
A United Coalition of Forces (COFOR) representing many countries enters the fray to support the free and fair election, which takes place between Pasha Ubez and his former friend and ally Ozymandias Kirtap, AKA "The General."

Pasha Ubez cleanly wins the election, however General Kirtap assumes control of the Militia, and his supporters capture Ubez and execute him atop Moose Mountain.
