Awards and Insignia-

(Scroll down for images) STAGOPS uses “Antler” patches to promote sportsmanship, camaraderie, and communicate among strangers, who has “been there and done that” for others to learn from. As a small company, we offset the cost of most of these awards by selling them only at certain events. Others we or faction cadre may gift in a recognition ceremony as the situation dictates, typically prior to the final formation raffle. See below for more info.

GREEN ANTLERS- Award, Individual-outstanding young/new player
SILVER ANTLERS- Award, Unit- completion of a specifically difficult mission
GOLD ANTLERS- Award, Individual- MVP award from cadre
CHESS- Available for sale only at Strategic events
COMPASS- Available for sale only at FIELDEX events
FEATHER- Available for sale only at TRAINING events
DAGGER- Available for sale only at TIER 1 events
SFDL- Available for sale only at Training level 1 events
FFFFR- Available for sale only at Training level 2 events
NLNP- Available for sale only at Night Training events
TRIDENT- Available for sale only at Events featuring waterborne missions
HARD HAT- Award, Individual- completion of an AO improvement during or prior to a STAGOPS event
WHEEL- CV crew- Award, Individual, Combat Vehicle crewman or operator
